NERC/NAHRO's MISSION is to build the capacity of its member professionals and business partners to promote and accomplish housing, public housing and viable communities for all New England residents.  NERC provides housing and community development professionals with the leadership and management skills and qualifications to perform at the highest levels by providing for professional development, advocacy, networking, accountability, and ethics compliance in our industry.
